What we collect, and why
Enquiry and quote forms. Name, company, role, email, phone and what you tell us about your project. We use it for one thing: replying to you and dealing with your enquiry. The lawful basis is legitimate interest, you asked us to get in touch.
Email. If you email a tender package or an enquiry, we keep the correspondence as part of ordinary business records, for as long as a tender or contract file is normally kept.
Analytics. If this site uses analytics, they are cookieless and aggregate (Vercel Web Analytics): no advertising trackers, no cookies, nothing that identifies you. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to our office email by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service acting as our processor. It passes your message to us and does not use it for anything else. The site is hosted by Vercel. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we never will.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within 12 months. Enquiries that become quotes, tenders or contracts are kept as part of the job file, as the law and warranties require.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email info@cwcflooring.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
